POSITION SUMMARY: The position, under the supervision of the Chief Operating Officer, is responsible for partnering with chairs to develop strategies for and run clinical operations across multiple departments: Anesthesiology, Neurosurgery, Ophthalmology, Oral Maxillofacial Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery, Otolaryngology, Radiology, Surgery, and Urology. In addition, this position supervises the Senior Director of Procedural Operations in the hospital, who manages operating room capital budgets, recommends block allocation changes, and staffs the OR Executive Committee for the hospital.
