The Vice President of Client Experience & Business Operations will lead the strategic direction, operational excellence, and performance optimization of the organization's client-facing departments, including Financial Wellness Solutions and Client Experience. The VP will oversee two dynamic manager-level teams comprising over 55 professionals focused on delivering best-in-class customer service, debt management, housing counseling, and financial wellness solutions. Additionally, overseeing the workforce management and operations technology team.
