The Vice President of Sales is a senior leadership role responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy for KW PROPERTY MANAGEMENT & CONSULTING. The VP of Sales will develop and use existing and new strategic methods to identify client targets that fit the KPWMC service model. This role will build and nurture relationships throughout the sales process with potential Association clients, facilitate client meetings, develop and respond to Requests for Proposals, create staffing models and pricing analysis to properly service the customer. In addition, the VP of Sales will support the production of the management contract and negotiate the terms of the agreement with the Association Board. The VP of Sales will work closely with the KWPMC executive team to align sales objectives with the company's overall strategic goals.
