Title: VP of Sales As a VP of Sales , you will be responsible for driving sales growth in North America through managing, developing, and maintaining our sales operations. Your main responsibilities include developing strategic relationships with customers, maintaining accurate ongoing forecasts, developing plans to meet sales targets, and developing a high-performing sales team. Other responsibilities include: Define and own the GTM plan for sales including actionable tasks that continuously drive the team towards the sales objectives and quota. Establish short and long-term strategy for OEM and aftermarket sales. Work with leadership to establish and approve annual sales budget; develop individual annual sales compensation plans and manage team activities to budget.
