The Regional Vice President, Sales is responsible for achieving results by guiding, mentoring, coaching, supporting and empowering the front-line sales leaders who are their direct reports (Director and Sr. Directors, Sales). Primary Accountabilities: Leadership (60%) Oversee a sales team and engages with their teams to develop account specific and national strategies and growth objectives that achieve revenue goals. Support the sales team in developing and executing specific deal strategies and negotiations; ensure they are equipped to handle issues and address roadblocks encountered by their team and serve as an effective point of escalation. Promote the use of various resources, within and outside of Inmar, to obtain account and industry research and analytics to inform sales strategies.
