Overview The incumbent in this position is responsible for the direction and management of the following operations: Marketing, Special Events, Promotions, Players Club and Player Development. Responsible for achieving revenue, income, market share, and guest service objectives in accordance with corporate policy and Gaming Commission Regulations. The incumbent is responsible to develop and maintains relationship with existing customers through personal contact in order to generate incremental increases in gaming revenues. Develops and maintains new business relationships to increase awareness, drive trial and build customer loyalty.
