The US Personal Banking and Wealth Management Marketing organization drives all aspects of the customer lifecycle, from Acquisition to Engagement to Retention, across all major Business Units in Citi's Personal Bank - Branded Cards and Lending, Retail Bank and Mortgage and Wealth.
