OVERVIEW The Senior Vice President of Marketing and Communications develops and executes customer-centric marketing strategies to increase student access, engagement, and outcomes, drive program retention and growth, and meet financial goals. This position oversees brand positioning, market intelligence, product marketing, marketing operations, and digital presence. The SVP of Marketing and Communications is also responsible for communications and public relations strategies, including internal and executive communications, public relations, thought leadership, social media, and reputation management. Additionally, this role oversees the design and execution of the PLTW events strategy, ensuring the delivery of outstanding events for stakeholders based on customer insights and industry best practices, in alignment with organizational strategy.
