SUMMARY The SVP, Relationship Management - Retail Alts is responsible for managing and growing Ultimus retail alternatives client relationships (interval funds, tender offer funds, BDCs, REITs, feeder funds, DSTs, opportunity zones). A key component of this role is to increase revenue by cross-selling Ultimus services related to other products that the client has in their organization. This includes products serviced by third parties as well as functions performed internally. Additionally, this role will develop strong relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention, contract renewals, client profitability, and regularly communicates Ultimus business and product updates.
