Position Summary The Director of Operations will be an integral member of the TRB Insurance leadership team. In this role, the Director of Operations will be responsible for developing and managing the insurance operations function including identifying opportunities for process improvements, best practices, compliance and cultivating a culture of customer service excellence. Principal Duties and Responsibilities Execute the TRB Insurance strategic plan. Responsible for enhancing the operational, managerial, and administrative procedures, and overall controls.
