Summary The Chief Information Officer (CIO) provides ICE's information technology (IT) strategic vision, ensuring it aligns with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) policy, and is accountable for delivering information technology (IT) programs. The CIO directs and manages both headquarters and field staff within the Office of the CIO (OCIO). The CIO is accountable for ensuring ICE IT oversight per law, regulation, and policy.
