JOB SUMMARY: Plans, organizes, manages, and leads the activities of various operational functions of the company including Finance, Underwriting, Financial Analysis, Investments, and Reporting. Significant emphasis of this role surrounds financial reporting and analysis of budgeting, accounting, financial systems development, internal controls, and maintenance of records and procedures to adequately safeguard the assets of the organization. The CFO will provide financial leadership and direction to the organization, along with the President and CEO, and will also serve as a strategic financial partner to the executive team and departments. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Reviews performance against operating budget and business plans. Provides feedback and makes necessary changes to ensure that the operating budget and business plans are achieved and align with the strategies of the organization.
