Overview The Executive Administrator will provide high-level administrative support to the President & CEO of The Children's Home Society of N.J. and to the Board of Trustees when assigned. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing agency intake, training and supervising reception and clerical staff. Additionally, this position will require proficiency in project management, acting as a liaison with board members, staff, auxiliaries, other agencies, and the general public, and preparing correspondence and reports as needed. All work needs to be approached with a commitment to confidentially and with sensitivity to staff, board and community.
