About this role About this role As an Executive Compensation Lead within BlackRock's Global Human Resources department, this individual will work with a team of HR professionals in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. The role will report into the Head of Executive Compensation and will support other Total Reward partners to deliver effective solutions and advice to the business on aspects related to executive compensation within BlackRock's total rewards programs. Key Job Responsibilities: Advise management on all executive, equity incentive and non-employee director compensation matters, including but not limited to latest market practice, regulatory changes, proxy changes/enhancements.
