Position Summary: Under policy direction of the Board of Directors, performs a wide range of difficult to complex management activities related to funding and development, marketing and promotion of services, finances and accounting, staffing and personnel operations, and discretionary activities that serve to support effective operations in a healthcare facility. Independent judgment is used in making decisions that influence operations. Advises and assists the Board of Directors in planning, policy, and operations matters.
