Location Designation: Hybrid - 3 days per week As the Product APSO lead you will be responsible for the support of close to 100 business applications including the management of the nightly batch cycle, incident resolution, service request completion, problem management, standard operation procedures, and documentation. Additional responsibilities include: • Support a team of production support personnel representing a variety of areas within the product solution value stream from onshore, nearshore and offshore • Understand Onsite, Nearshore & Offshore models and lead the teams.
