Job Summary: Reporting to the CEO, the Chief Financial Officer is responsible for directing the fiscal functions of the agency. They include: all financial and budget management and reporting; ensuring the procedures and internal audit controls are in compliance with agency policies, General Accounting Principles (GAAP), Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB), Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB) standards, and Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) guidelines, accounting, reporting, budgeting and budget monitoring, and auditing functions. This position meets the goals of the EBRPHA and Partners Southeast (PSE)'s business plan while working within any and all budget constraints. Ensures that the agency works effectively, efficiently and conforms to the respective policies and procedures or revises them from time to time as needed and protects or averts from certain risks.
