MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: The Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (SVP & CFO) offers strategic leadership as part of the Executive Leadership team. This role oversees the Association's finance, risk, and reporting functions, and spearheads association-wide strategic planning and budgeting initiatives. The SVP & CFO collaborates closely with the CEO, Board of Directors, and executive leadership team to achieve the Association's mission and business objectives. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE: Require a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. 8 years of progressive business and financial experience and 5 years of supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
