We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Vice President of Sales to lead our sales organization and drive revenue

growth.The SVP of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan that aligns with our company's mission and vision, focusing on expanding our market presence and building strong, long-lasting relationships with customers in the hospitality industry.

Major focus areas:
-Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals.
-Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
-Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture market share in the hospitality industry.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target accounts, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Do these responsibilities describe what you like doing?
-Provide analytical expertise and support to identify market insights that effectively drive the strategic decision-making process, and maximize the market potential of the company portfolio.
-Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans and programs, both short and long-range, to support the sales, revenue, and branding objectives of the organization.
-Discover, develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the industry, market trends, and customer insights.
-Work closely with Product Development, Marketing, Professional services, and client success on major product releases.
-Participate in or lead user conferences, trade shows, demos, customer/partner meetings, press tours, and other industry events.
-Recommend department budget to the Finance Department and ensure the department operates within fiscal guidelines.
-Forecast pipeline needs, growth, and strategic initiatives that deliver a pipeline to hit the sales team goals annually. This includes forecasting cash sales monthly, pulse demos, sales and cash, PM demos, sales, and cash.

What are some must-haves?
-Proven track record of success in a senior sales leadership role within a SaaS company, preferably with experience in the hospitality industry.
-Strong understanding of modern sales practices.
-Preference for experience in hospitality software.
-Preference for degree in hospitality, business, marketing, or a related field.
-Preference for experience in private equity or venture-backed companies.
-8-10+ years of increasing responsibility at the management level.
-Must have demonstrated a high level of business acumen and overall leadership qualities

Pay Range: $150,000 - $250,000 per hour
