Job Description
The SVP, Chief Brand Officer (CBO) is the senior-most Brand executive and we have an open opportunity to lead one of GoTo Foods seven iconic brands, Auntie Anne's.
The CBO is responsible for leading all facets of the Brand providing the leadership, management, and strategic vision necessary to ensure that the Brand has sustained profitable growth in its core business. The CBO will directly oversee the brand's marketing and operations teams to develop, refine, and implement Marketing and Operations strategies and tactics in alignment with the Brand's vision/mission and in partnership with the Brand team, Category, Centers of Excellence teams, and Franchisees. The CBO will partner with other matrixed functional groups within the organization to drive the Brand's results. The CBO will build the Brands culture, values and performance with a high performing, growth-oriented Marketing and Operations Team. The CBO interacts directly and through their team with franchisees of the brand to drive franchise sales, profits and growth.

Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Marketing Req
Master's Degree Business Administration Pref
Work Experience
More than 15 years Marketing, strategic planning (QSR or Food Service preferred) Req
