This executive will lead a team of professionals dedicated to maintaining exceptional standards, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The SVP will drive standardization, efficiency, and innovation across a diverse portfolio of facilities.
Key Responsibilities:Leadership & Strategy - 40%
- Direct and develop strategic plans to standardize and optimize facilities management operations nationwide.
- Provide leadership and expertise for regulatory compliance, safety protocols, and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with senior executives to align FM strategies with company goals and create sustainable solutions.
- Oversee budget planning, cost management, and performance monitoring to ensure financial efficiency.
- Maintain strategic partnerships and executive relationships to advance Forefront Healthcare's mission and brand.
Operational Oversight - 40%
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of FM operations, identifying opportunities for process improvement.
- Implement action plans and solutions to optimize workflow, labor management, and resource allocation.
- Lead the development and implementation of programs to consolidate and standardize operational processes across facilities.
- Manage a team of subject matter experts to ensure consistent quality and regulatory compliance.
- Drive innovation in FM practices and tools, leveraging technology and data-driven insights to improve service delivery.
Talent Development - 20%
- Mentor and develop FM leadership to promote a high-performing, engaged team.
- Create and implement professional development programs to build internal expertise and leadership capabilities.
- Inspire and coach FM teams, cultivating an environment of teamwork and operational excellence.
Travel- Up to 60% of travel is required to oversee operations and client relationships.
Salary: $150,000-$175,000/yr

QualificationsEducation:A bachelor's degree in business, engineering, facilities management, or a related field is required. A Master's degree is a plus.
Equivalent experience of 15+ years in a senior facilities management role will also be considered.
Experience:Minimum of 15 years experience in facilities management or a related field, with at least 10 years in an executive or leadership role.
Proven experience leading complex projects, operational process development, and financial management.
Demonstrated success in building high-performing teams and fostering strong client relationships.
Strong project management skills with a focus on coordination, communication, prioritization, and budget adherence.
Experience in healthcare or hospital facilities management is strongly preferred.
Skills:Deep knowledge of compliance standards and regulatory requirements in facilities management.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
Executive presence with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to adapt quickly and effectively manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and FM software platforms.
