This individual must be able to navigate and develop the internal cross departmental relationships. This includes relationship with the Sports teams that develop the content and partnerships in all platforms including TV, Digital, and Event marketing. In addition, the role works with a number of different partners within the organizations: Distribution to understand strategy with affiliate partners, Business Development, Finance and other leaders. This person also works very closely with the Sports Partner Solutions team to develop marketing ideas and concepts to provide advertisers with the best platform to bring their brand to Hispanic market. This individual must have a genuine passion to help marketers connect with the sweet spot of the US Hispanic sports market.
