Job Description JOB SUMMARY: The Vice President of Luxury Hotel Operations oversees the hotel operations of Caesars Palace consisting of 3,996 guest rooms and suites and the following departments: Front Desk supporting group inventory management/services, and 2,500+ check ins/outs per day VIP Hotel Operations with two VIP check-ins with 450+ check ins/outs per day Bell and Valet Operations across five towers, three high-volume driveways with service and yielding initiatives Citywide Transportation (Limos) to support Caesars Palace and the Las Vegas Region Caesars Palace Self-Parking Garages and Initiatives Housekeeping Operations with over 500+ team members Public Areas Environmental Services with 8M square feet of public area space Wardrobe for 5,300+ team members The Vice President is a true culture carrier that demonstrates genuine heart and service with our guests, travel partners, casino marketing, and luxury sales community.
